Developing a Course Policy on AI Use

In the academic integrity section of the syllabus, it is advisable to explain clearly what kinds of AI use are permitted, restricted, or prohibited in the course and in individual assignments. The policy should be course-specific and should help students understand when AI may be used, for what purpose, and how such use should be acknowledged.
