Moderated grading in an assignment
Moderated grading allows more than one instructor to grade an assignment. The instructor responsible for determining the final grade can approve a grade entered by another instructor or change it. Up to ten instructors can grade an assignment.
Moderated grading can be used for Canvas assignments.
You must first enable moderated grading in the course settings. The option will then appear in the assignment settings.
Click Settings at the bottom of the Course Navigation menu.
Click the Feature Options tab near the top of the page.
Scroll down and locate Moderated Grading. Click the red X and select Enable.
After moderated grading has been enabled for the course, an additional option will appear in the assignment settings, allowing you to use moderated grading for individual assignments.
